We are a friendly team of dedicated people to provide outstanding services and products to society. We have a vacancy for a full time Class 5 Truck Driver- Swinglift to join our team. Your will be required to work between minimum of 30 hours to maximum 40 hours from Monday – Sunday as per the roaster.

 

Job Duties:

·        Ability to operate company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.

·        Driving within speed limit of 90KM/h and wear seat belt while driving.

·        Complete a daily logbook and submit reports of mileage and retain fuel/ toll receipts.

·        Taking full responsibility of unit while on duty.

·        Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.

·        Manoeuvre trucks into loading and unloading positions.

·        Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route, designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.

·        Maintain a current clean Driver’s License while driving a company vehicle.

·        The individual will be expected to have a standard of fitness sufficient to enable him to carry out all the above duties.

·        Report serious mechanical problems to manager.

·        Responsible for cleaning the Truck.

Other Requirements:

·        To be successful you must have at least 1 year of relevant industry work experience.

·        A sound understanding of Health and Safety along with the logbook requirements.

·        Must be physically fit.

·        Be honest and reliable.

·        Have good communication skills, listen, and follow instructions.

·        Be punctual and be able to work extra hours when required.

·        Clean Character Background.

 

Salary can be negotiated as per your experience level between $30 to $35 per hour.
