Wash 360 Property Care Limited is a trusted commercial and residential cleaning service provider based in Auckland. We specialise in exterior cleaning, building and surface restoration, and property maintenance for both residential and commercial clients.

We are currently seeking two experienced and motivated Power Wash Technician to join our professional cleaning team.

This is a full time role with a minimum of 30 hours gauranteed

Responsibilities:

• Operate high-pressure water-cleaning equipment to wash building exteriors, concrete surfaces, roofs, driveways, machinery, vehicles, and other structures.

• Apply appropriate cleaning solutions, detergents, or degreasers to remove dirt, mould, grease, and stains.

• Prepare, maintain, and clean hoses, tanks, pumps, and related tools to ensure equipment is safe and operational.

• Set up work areas safely by positioning ladders, scaffolding, barriers, and signage.

• Inspect completed work to ensure all surfaces are cleaned to standard and free of damage.

• Follow all company safety, environmental, and waste-disposal policies.

• Maintain job records and report any issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

• Deliver high-quality service and maintain a professional attitude with clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

•2 - 3 years of relevant experience in commercial or industrial cleaning roles or a relevant qualification

• Proficient in the safe operation of high-pressure cleaning systems.

• Sound knowledge of cleaning agents, surface preparation, and safety procedures.

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

• Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
