About the Role

• If juggling 12 things at once sounds like your kind of fun, you’ll fit right in
• This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and full of variety. You’ll be out on site, meeting clients, interviewing candidates, and managing a full 360 desk — matching great people with great jobs across Canterbury’s construction and trades sectors
• This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk role — you’ll be on the phone, on the road, and in the mix, making things happen every day

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and managing relationships with clients, site managers, and candidates
• Recruiting and placing skilled workers across a range of construction and trades roles
• Advertising, screening, interviewing, and completing compliance checks
• Conducting site visits and maintaining accurate documentation
• Driving activity to meet placement and KPI goals within a supportive, high-performing team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience (construction or trades preferred)
• Strong people skills and the confidence to pick up the phone and connect
• High energy and motivation to chase business and close deals
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Current driver’s licence (for site visits and client meetings)
