The right candidate will have a strong mechanical background, ideally as a QFD Technician or similar background, within the agricultural sector. You will be organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities while leading by example with hands-on, "can do" attitude. Strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate confidently with both team members and customers.

What you'll do:

  • Manage day to day workshop operations
  • Supervising, mentoring and developing a team of technicians 
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance and service work to a high standard
  • Implementing process to improve workflow and customer satisfaction

Who were looking for:

  • Experienced Technician or similar background
  • Ideally, you'll have experience in the agricultural space
  • Hold a full NZ drivers license
  • Eligible to work in NZ
  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety reglations/reporting
