We are looking for recruits for the upcoming season. We are seeking candidates to work for our plants in

Job requirements:
- A team player who can work closely with others.
- Up to 1 seasons or more relevant work experience
- Be eligible to work in New Zealand
Working arrangements:
- Earn a minimum of $815.40 to $864.60 gross per week.
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Shift times vary from 5.30 am to 3.30pm and 2.50pm to 12.00am depending on site location
- We pay a minimum of $27.18 hourly and maximum of $28.82 hourly
Job Duties:
Processing duties and tasks including but not limited to the following
- Visually inspect each carcass prior to disassembly to indentify any defects or irregularities
- Disassemble carcasses or carcass portions (e.g., quarters, sides) into individual cuts or manageable sizes according to product specifications.
- Carefully separate meat, fat, and connective tissue from bones using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Trim visible foreign material, blood spots, and other contaminants from meat cuts to maintain product quality.
- Understand yield expectations for each cut type and work diligently to meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain knife edges in optimal condition, ensuring tools remain sharp and effective throughout processing.
- Regularly monitor the cleanliness and integrity of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ensure all gear is fit for purpose and request immediate replacement if damaged or compromised.
