Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Operate forklifts (counterbalance, high reach, or pallet jacks) to move goods and
    materials
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage racks
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on forklifts
  • Follow standard warehouse and logistics procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems
  • Assist in general warehouse tasks such as packing, labelling, and organising stock
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with dispatch, delivery drivers, and logistics staff

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • NZQF Level 4 qualification,OR
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience
  • Basic knowledge of post-harvest handling and cool chain logistics is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy loads safely.
