Super Quality Cleaning Ltd is one of Auckland’s fast-growing cleaning service providers, offering residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, window cleaning, car grooming, gardening, and exterior washing services.
We are now looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us grow our client base, build strong relationships, and expand our service divisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the service industry and wants to be part of a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Manage and grow relationships with existing clients

Visit residential & commercial clients to provide quotes

Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue

Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM
-
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and presentations
-
Collaborate with operations team to schedule jobs
-
Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ready to travel all around Auckland
What We’re Looking For
-
5 years of experience as a BDM, Sales Executive, or Account Manager
-
Hold a masters degree in relevant field
-
Strong communication and negotiation skills
-
Well-presented and professional
-
Ability to build strong client relationships
-
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
-
Good understanding of quoting & pricing
-
Full NZ driver licence
-
Must be eligible to work in NZ
