Nail Technicians – Tiffany Nails and Beauty Limited

Location: Huntly & Cambridge, Waikato Region
Business: Tiffany Nails and Beauty Limited – operating two busy and fast-growing nail salons, expending to the 3rd.
Position:  Nail Technician
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, rostered shifts
Pay Rate: $27–$34 per hour (based on experience and skills)

With rapid business growth and increasing customer demand, Tiffany Nails and Beauty Limited is looking for skilled and experienced Nail Technicians to join our friendly, professional team.

About the Role

You will work across our two salon locations in Huntly and Cambridge. This role requires the ability to provide high-quality nail and beauty services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

·       Ensure uniform as well as personal appearance is clean professional

·       Friendly, good communication and helping each other with members in group

·       Keep clean and tidy at workplace

·       Required to use chemical properly for nail treatment

·       Clean, maintain, and sanitize tools equipment after each service

·       Demonstrates exceptional customer services to exceed guest expectations

·       Will provide the following services: Pedicure, manicure, acrylic, dipping powder, builder gel, gel X and gel nails, nail art design, waxing, eyelash extension.

·       Ensure safety procedures are followed while performing nail treatments

·       Consistently increase guest retention by building relationships and pre-booking

·       Proactively develops new client while building current guest relationships

·       Any other duties the employer reasonably may require employee to perform

Working Hours

Minimum 30 hours guaranteed per week. 6 days a week.

Skills & Requirements

• Two years' Proven experience as a nail technician OR relevant Level 4 Beatuy Therapist equavilent Qualification 

• Knowledge of salon chemicals, hygiene, and safety procedures.

• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work roster shifts, weekends, and extend hours when required.
