About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing initiatives, content creation, user engagement and online promotional activities. The role involves contributing to marketing plans, producing content, analysing performance data and working with the team to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and evaluate marketing and promotional campaigns for YouShow and client projects.
- Conduct basic market research, competitor analysis and audience insights to support strategy development.
- Create and publish digital content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, RED, Facebook and others.
- Produce simple visual materials and short-form video content for advertising and promotional use.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for campaigns, including event promotions, product launches and online activities.
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions.
- Work closely with designers, content creators and internal teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
- Support social media engagement by responding to enquiries, comments and feedback.
- Collect and organise basic user data and insights to contribute to ongoing marketing improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital content creation tools.
- Basic video editing or simple graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe).
- Good understanding of customer behaviour and social media trends.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Creative, proactive and able to produce content independently.
