Wanaka based company are looking for two Mobile Plant Operators to join our team working in residential and industrial sites in Otago,  Twizel MacKenzie Country and surrounding areas.

Job description:

*Operating Concrete Pump, Concrete Pump and truck maintenance etc. and the occasional line pumping.

*Daily checks of vehicle including oil, water, fuel, air pressure, safety concerns and equipment security, Road User Charge Licence, hub odometer readings, etc.

*The Employee shall devote the whole of their working time, attention and abilities to the business of the Employer.

*Any other duties as requested and required by the Designated Manager

*Undertake all key tasks and duties to industry, professional and Company standards. *Provide clear, polite, accurate verbal communication by telephone and face to face with clients and colleagues. 

*Work constructively and proactively within the business.

*Acknowledge and support other team members in the workplace, and ensure that work in the field is undertaken in a conscientious and positive manner.

*Work, as and when required, to a high standard across reporting lines.

*Present a professional and pleasant image of Wanaka Concrete Pumping Limited to clients at all times.

*Optimise a positive working environment through best practice standards and adherence to company H&S policies and procedures

*Inspecting, cleaning, lubricating and refilling equipment

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years relevant experience

• physically fit as this job requires physical work and some heavy lifting

• Good communication skills

You will be working Mondays through to Fridays, some Saturdays may be required, between the hours of 3:00am to 7:00pm. This is a full-time and permanent position. Work up to 50 hours per week with guaranteed 30 hours per week. We'll also consider less than 3 years experience. Pay rate depends on your experience from $29.66 to $35.00 per hour.
