Marketing Specialist

Core International Limited (Kmall09 / 7Hada) is a fast-growing Auckland-based company operating both an online shopping platform and wholesale business, offering a wide range of high-quality Korean products. As we continue expanding our cosmetics and K-beauty division into wholesale and new retail channels, we are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities in the cosmetics, K-beauty, and general retail/wholesale sectors.
  • Analyse customer demand and industry trends to support strategic business expansion.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and promotional activities to grow brand presence.
  • Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website content, SEO, Google/Meta ads, and online lead generation.
  • Support product sourcing and importing processes by reviewing suppliers, coordinating shipments, and understanding Korean product categories.
  • Advise on product positioning, pricing, sales promotions, and channel strategy for both retail and wholesale markets.
  • Develop brand visibility initiatives while maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Create marketing materials, product showcases, and promotional content to support B2B and B2C sales.
  • Monitor marketing performance and provide reports with insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience or a bachelor’s degree in any field is required. 
  • Strong digital marketing & content creation skills
  • Creative, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and project-management abilities
  • Knowledge of K-beauty, cosmetics, or Korean consumer goods is a plus.
