We are seeking a skilled and motivated construction technician to join our team. In this role, you will support project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. You’ll play a key part in delivering residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reading drawing plans and specifications

  • Laying bricks and blocks, spreading mortar between joints and removing excess

  • erecting framework, roof frames, roofs and walls
  • Laying flooring, carpets and tiles
  • Painting and applying wallpaper
  • Applying plaster and cement coatings to walls. Painting and applying wallpaper to walls and surfaces

  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and construction technology (GPS, laser levels, etc.)

  • Building and installing fittings

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 2 years construction experience or relevant level 4 qualification

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment

  • Ability to read plans, drawings.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Healthy & Safety conscious

What We Offer

  • Pay: $26 - $30

  • Days and Hours of work: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work, Minimum of 30 hours
