Traffic Controllers & STMS – Immediate Start

We’re seeking reliable and safety-focused Traffic Controllers (TC/TTM Workers) and qualified STMS to join our client's traffic management team in Napier. 

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and packing down traffic management sites
• Operating Stop/Go paddles to direct traffic
• Monitoring vehicle and pedestrian flow
• Supporting on-site crews with general tasks
• Implementing and overseeing TMPs (STMS only)
• Ensuring all health & safety processes are followed

We’re Looking For

Traffic Controllers / TTM Workers:

• Current TC / TTM Worker (TMO or TTM) qualification
• Physically fit and able to work on your feet
• Enjoy working outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Able to work early mornings, late finishes, and weekends when required
• Reliable transport
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test

STMS:

• Current STMS qualification
• Strong understanding of TMPs and site safety
• Confident leading small crews and managing work zones
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
