Alpha Recruitment is seeking experienced HR Change Managers who are strong relationship builders. 

This position is located in Wellington CBD and is responsible for conducting HR change analysis and implementing and creating culture change requirements to the organisation.

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least five years previous experience working as a Change Manager in the human resources space 
  • Knowledge of the machinery of government
  • Previous experience conducting HR change analysis
  • Previous experience colloborating with HR Change Managers and stakeholders 

This is a four month contract role. 

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
