Chahal Enterprises NZ Limited, a trusted transportation company in Auckland, is seeking dependable Truck Drivers’ Offsiders to join the team. The role involves travel within the region, with all travel and fuel costs covered by the employer.


The responsibilities will be as per below:
• Work alongside the truck driver to accurately label goods with customer details and delivery destinations.
• Load goods into trucks and containers safely, ensuring all loads are properly secured.
• Assist in fastening loads and covering them with tarpaulins as required.
• Direct and guide truck drivers into loading bays and through confined or challenging spaces.
• Record, check, and verify cargo details upon arrival, during storage, and at dispatch.
• Use moving equipment to transfer loads and coordinate operations through communication systems.
• Review and confirm delivery dockets to ensure all orders are correctly prepared for loading.
• Load and secure goods with care to prevent damage during handling or transportation.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out, ensuring tie-downs and equipment are stored properly after use.
• Conduct inventory checks to confirm all items are accounted for, and none are lost during transport.
• Other relevant tasks as required.

Work hours and salary range
- A minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Will be paid between $24 to $30 per hour.
