Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener  to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role involves hands-on landscaping work, site management, and team leadership.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Carrying out the construction and installation of various landscape structures including:

  • Retaining walls, fencing, paving, decking, garden beds, planting, and turfing (natural and synthetic)

  • Hardscape and softscape installations

• Reading and following site plans and specifications

• Supervising and leading teams on-site

• Managing site safety, quality control, and productivity

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to client's expectations

• Communicating effectively with management and clients

• Maintaining tools, machinery, and site tidiness

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in landscape construction or a similar role

• Relevant qualification in Landscaping, Horticulture, or Construction is advantageous but not essential

• Experience in leading a team or project management

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or landscape plans

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Basic computer literacy or familiarity with project management software

• Strong health and safety awareness

• Valid driver's license
