Experienced Forestry Shovel Loader operator

McIndoe Logging Ltd require the services of experienced and/or qualified Shovel Loader operator within our harvesting operations in the Gisborne/Wairoa Regions. This is a great opportunity for a suitably experienced and/or qualified operator to secure a permanent role ( Minimum of 30 Hours weekly) and be part of a well established company. The successful applicant will need to:

• have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the forestry industry OR
• hold NZQA unit standards for Mechanised Felling (not required if applicant has proven work experience).
• have a great work ethic;
• always be punctual and reliable;
• take utmost pride in your gear and work
• work within Operating policy guidelines at all times
• have a sound knowledge of Plant operation and daily Maintenance
• be drug free and work well in a team environment

Start-up and ongoing training will be provided to the successful candidate
