McIndoe Log Transportation is on the hunt for a permanent full-time Class 5 Truck
Driver to join our team servicing Gisborne and the wider East Coast region. Whether
you’re an experienced driver wanting a change of scenery or someone eager to grow
their skills, this role offers solid career development and the chance to be part of a
professional, supportive fleet of drivers.
What we offer
 A fleet of 9 modern Kenworth trucks (with more on the way) – all top of the line
and a pleasure to drive
 A fully equipped workshop onsite to ensure our trucks are maintained at the
highest standard
 Work that includes servicing three of our own forestry crews, as well as
supporting well-known forestry companies across the region with a minimum of
40 hours per week guaranteed.
 A competitive hourly rate of $30- $40 per hour based on experience & skills
 Room to grow with further opportunities within the company
About you
 You hold a Class 5 license with more than 12 months experience (log truck
experience preferred but not essential)
 You must be safety-focused, very reliable, and committed to getting the job done
 You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
 You enjoy working independently but also being part of a team that’s got your
back
