General Labourers – Christchurch & Canterbury

Extrastaff are seeking motivated, hardworking labourers for multiple clients across Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region. Work may include construction, landscaping, building, general maintenance, and civil works

What you’ll be doing

  • General labouring across a variety of sectors
  • Physically lifting and moving materials on site (role-dependent)
  • Working as part of a team on construction, civil, and production projects
  • Following all OH&S standards with safety as the top priority


 

What you’ll bring

  • Reliability and motivation — able to work full 8-hour days (up to 10 depending on project)
  • Willingness to work indoors and outdoors
  • Strong communication skills
  • NZ Driver’s licence and your own reliable transport
  • A current Site Safe 
  • Good level of physical fitness
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
  • A positive attitude and sense of humour


 

Note: You must have a clean MOJ and be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
