We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead all service operations, overseeing both workshop and mobile repairs to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime. This role balances hands-on technical work (40%) with administrative and management responsibilities (60%), including team leadership, staff training, reporting, and on-farm service coordination. The successful candidate will ensure quality, safety, and compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving the profitability and productivity of the service department.
