Experienced Formwork/Cement Boxing Workers– Napier

We’re currently seeking reliable and experienced formwork/boxing workers for our client in Napier, starting early January.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and dismantle formwork/boxing for concrete pours
• Ensure formwork is safe, level, and properly secured
• Work with concrete teams to achieve smooth and accurate finishes
• Read and interpret plans to execute work accurately
• Maintain tools, equipment, and worksite cleanliness
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in concrete formwork/boxing
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
• Able to read and interpret construction plans
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test

What we offer:

• $28–$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Ongoing work with a reputable client
• Temp to permanent opportunities
