The Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to take charge of our store operations, ensuring smooth running of the day to day operations of the store. If you have a strong leadership mindset, expertise in store optimization, and a passion for improving processes, we want to hear from you!

This is a permanent, full-time role, and we offer a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week of work. We offer competitive remuneration between $30- $35 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning and the highest standards of performance.
  • Plan, lead, organise, and coordinate store activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives effectively. Determine service standards.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Manage stock control, including ordering, receiving, and conducting accurate stocktakes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Set and review product pricing and implement effective marketing, merchandising, and purchasing strategies to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Supervise, monitor, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a productive and motivated team.
  • Lead the recruitment, induction, and training of new employees to ensure consistent service and operational excellence.
  • Prepare, review, and manage monthly sales reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing the right products and solutions.
  • Promote and manage in-store sales, campaigns, and promotions to drive business growth.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational standards, and Health & Safety regulations at all times.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have hold diploma or above level relevant qualification to efficiently carry out the responsibilities of this role.
  • Proven experience at supervisor/ managerial level for at least two Years or more is required in the absence of the qualification requirement.
  • Availability to work in early morning, afternoon and evening shifts
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
