Morrison Agri is a trusted, locally owned company established in 2005. We proudly support dairy farms from North Otago through to North Canterbury with high-quality engineering, installation, and service work.

With a busy 2026 ahead and strong demand for new installations, we’re looking to grow our team with an experienced Installer who can lead on-site jobs as needed, complete engineering tasks to a high standard, and represent our business professionally.

About the Role

• This is a hands-on installation and engineering role where you’ll be involved in:
• Installing dairy equipment across the region
• TIG & MIG welding and general fabrication
• Leading small installation teams or taking charge of jobs on-site
• Reading and working from plans/drawings
• Mechanical assembly, fitting, and problem-solving
• Staying away from home when required for project work
• Ensuring high-quality workmanship and safe work practices

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings:

• Proven TIG & MIG welding experience
• Strong mechanical and general engineering background
• The confidence to lead a small crew or run jobs independently
• Good communication skills and a positive, practical attitude

Ability to travel and stay away overnight at times Full NZ driver licence

Bonus: experience in the dairy/agri industry (not essential)
