We are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our team. The position is full-time based and candidates are normally required to work 30 to 60 hours per week. The ideal candidates will be responsible for putting up and taking down
scaffolding that allows workers to reach the higher levels of buildings during construction, cleaning and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Client Liaison

Discuss scaffolding needs with clients, assess worksites for hazards, and design safe, load-appropriate scaff old structuresfor various project requirements.

Scaffold Erection and Stability


Assemble scaffolding by installing base plates, uprights (standards), ledgers, tie tubes, planks (battens), guard rails, and safety netting to create stable and secure platforms.


Transportation and Material Handling
Coordinate delivery logistics, and safely load, unload, and move scaffolding equipment using forklifts and trucks.


Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance


Conduct regular safety checks, perform necessary repairs or modifications, and maintain scaffolding components in good condition.


Dismantling and Site Cleanup


Systematically take down scaffolding structures after project completion and ensure all equipment is cleared from the site efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:
l Minimum of one year scaffolding experience.
l Must be mentally and physically fit to work in varying weather conditions.
l Must be capable of handling and carrying heavy equipment.
l Working on alternate weekends is required.
l Ability to commute to Auckland or relocate to Auckland before starting work.

l Police check and a pre-employment drug test might be required.
