The Bookkeeper will play an essential role in supporting our clients’ day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for a portfolio of clients

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Complete bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial records

Assist with GST, PAYE, and other statutory filings

Prepare payroll and maintain employee records where required

Assist accountants with end-of-year files and working papers

Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies
Skills & Requirements

At least a Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or relevant business fields OR

At least two years of previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or a related role

Sound understanding of basic accounting principles

Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

Good organisational and time-management skills
