We are seeking a permanent Factory Worker who enjoys being part of a high-performing team within our factory. We are looking for individuals who are committed and can devise a solution to complete the job on time while maintaining a high-quality finish.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Confidently operate the CNC & Edge bander to manufacture and prepare jobs for installation.
  • Use specialised machinery (e.g., cutting machines, etc.) to shape and cut door components to the required measurements.
  • Manage raw materials, load/unload supplies, and ensure proper storage to support production needs.
  • Carry out repairs or modifications to existing joinery as required.
  • Maintain tools and machinery in good working order.
  • Cleaning and sanitising equipment, tools, and work areas
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards, building codes, and health and safety regulations.                                                                                                                 

Role specifics

  • $23.50 to $26 per hour, depending on experience
    Minimum 40 hours per week
    Minimum of 12 months verifiable experience in this industry
    Proven experience in CNC Machine operating and cabinet-making 
  • Clean and Current driver’s licence 
  • No previous criminal conviction and physically fit
