We are seeking a driven, ambitious Account Manager / BDM who thrives on building relationships, delivering solutions, and growing business. This is a hands-on role, with a mix of being out on the road with customers, and in/out of the office/manufacturing plant (North Shore). You will manage a mix of existing account management and new business development.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage with existing customers to grow accounts and provide added value

  • Sell products, services, and automation solutions that truly improve outcomes for clients

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Prepare and present proposals for RFPs

  • Negotiate pricing and service agreements

  • Make data-driven decisions to maximize results

  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Print, Labels, or Packaging manufacturing preferred

  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with stakeholders from production floor to board level

  • Professional, confident, and solution-focused

  • Ambitious with long-term career goals

  • IT-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems

  • Team player with a strong work ethic and business acumen

  • Tertiary qualification is an advantage

  • Full NZ Drivers License required
