Wage: $33.60 - $35.80 per hour
Hours of work: At least 30 hours per week, shifted from Monday to Saturday
Magical Marketplace Trading Limited t/a Lustre Beauty is a well established beauty salon in Auckland. We provide services – Nails, Eyes & Brows, Face & Skin, Massage, and Skin Rejuvenation to clients. We are looking for a full time manager to organize and control the beauty salon operation, setting sales objective and implementing the marketing strategy to ensure that the business goal is achieved, determine service standard and maintaining high service qualities, managing employees to ensure their performance meets required standards.
We prefer the candidate:

Master degree in business or equivalent to a New Zealand qualification at level 9,

At least 3 years relevant working experience and management experience is prefer;

Excellent Knowledge in skin care products and services;

Research and analytical skills;

Strong oral and written communication skills;

Excellent time management skills and computing skills;

Reliable and able to work under pressure.
Duties:

In charge of the salon daily operations, ensuring the business running smoothly and achieving the business goal.

Responsible for monitor and control all product inventory, determining product mix and implementing purchasing.

Responsible for promoting and advertising, carrying out the annual marketing plan to bring in more revenue.

Responsible for setting product and service price, analyzing competitors to develop our sales strategy.

Responsible for preparing budget and monitoring the budget through the year, controlling cost to keep operations profitable.

Dealing with customer queries and complaints. Handling all customer relations, maintaining good relationship with our member, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Providing support to the team members to sell goods and services,

In charge of recurring and training, motivating and mentoring employees to improve performance, to help them develop their skills.

Maintaining all financial transactions records.

Ensure facility operations in compliance with council rules, ensure workplace clean and tidy and meet health and safety regulations.
