LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME CANDIDATE FOR STORE MANAGER AT BLAGDON STORE . HOURS WILL BE FULL TIME BETWEEN 30-38 WEEK CAN BE MORE DEPEND ON PERFORMENCE. WORK HOURS WILL BE ANYDAYS IN A WEEK AND TIMING CAN BE FROM 6:30 AM TO 8:30 PM ANYTIME IN A SHIFT WISE. SPLIT SHIFT AND STORE OPENING AND CLOSING DUTIES NEED MUST.

LOOKING FOR FULL TIME STORE MANAGER
-The position is based in New Plymouth and the ideal candidate should be capable of

1. Figuring out what sells the best and arrange stock levels accordingly.

2. Ensure that the customer service is up to a good standard and finding out what service would a customer best prefer

3. Making polices for purchases and sales

4. Make and follow through the price setting of the product

5. Serving customers and responding to their queries

6. Keep records of stock and be in charge of the finance side of the operations

7. undertaking budgeting for the store to run the same profitably

8. controlling selection, training and supervision of staff

9. ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations 

You are required to atleast have a NZQF diploma ( Level 4 or above) or three years of work experience managing or supervising the operations

The minimum hourly wage is $33.60 and the Maximum is $33.70 and this is a full time employment with minimum 30 hours of work
