Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ICT projects from initiation to delivery across broadband, networking, VOIP, POS, security, and web development solutions.

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful execution.

  • Coordinate internal technical teams and external contractors/vendors.

  • Manage customer requirements, expectations, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Track project risks, issues, and change requests, implementing corrective actions when required.

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with UniLink’s technical frameworks.

  • Prepare documentation including project scopes, progress reports, post-implementation reviews, and handover notes.

  • Support business development with technical insights and project-related input when required.

  • Drive continuous improvement of UniLink’s ICT deployment and project management processes.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or relevant field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in ICT project management or technical project coordination.

  • Strong knowledge of networking, telecommunications, broadband technologies, and IT systems.

  • Experience delivering VOIP, POS/EFTPOS, Wi-Fi, or security system projects is highly beneficial.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile or PMP/Prince2 methodologies is an advantage.
