Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage ICT projects from initiation to delivery across broadband, networking, VOIP, POS, security, and web development solutions.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and successful execution.

Coordinate internal technical teams and external contractors/vendors.

Manage customer requirements, expectations, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Track project risks, issues, and change requests, implementing corrective actions when required.

Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with UniLink’s technical frameworks.

Prepare documentation including project scopes, progress reports, post-implementation reviews, and handover notes.

Support business development with technical insights and project-related input when required.

Drive continuous improvement of UniLink’s ICT deployment and project management processes.
Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or relevant field.

3–5 years of experience in ICT project management or technical project coordination.

Strong knowledge of networking, telecommunications, broadband technologies, and IT systems.

Experience delivering VOIP, POS/EFTPOS, Wi-Fi, or security system projects is highly beneficial.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with Agile or PMP/Prince2 methodologies is an advantage.
