Joiner – Motorhome Interior Fit-Out Specialist

Key Job Tasks 

• Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and installation specifications
• Prepare timber, laminated panels, plywood, and composite materials for motorhome interior fit-outs
• Cut, shape, assemble, and finish joinery components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Install interior panels, bulkheads, cabinetry, furniture modules, storage compartments, trims, and cabin doors
• Accurately adjust prefabricated components to fit motorhome structures
• Integrate joinery components around electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
• Carry out repairs, modifications, and adjustments to existing interior fittings when required
• Perform finishing work including sanding, edging, trimming, alignment checks, and cleaning
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and workplace health & safety requirements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience as a joiner, cabinetmaker, carpenter, tiler, or in a similar interior fitting role

• Proficient with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques, timber properties, and material-handling processes
• Experience installing cabinetry or interior fittings
  (motorhome, marine, or residential kitchen/bathroom fit-out experience highly regarded)
• Sound understanding of workplace health & safety requirements

Full time position 30-45 hours per week.
