Job Description :

To enhance our team, we are now looking for 1 Store Managers to join our team. We are expecting someone who has a passion for attention to details, ability to multi-task and be a proactive member of the team.

The position's shift will cover our shop operating days from Monday to Sunday, between timing of 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

You will need to have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in

the same field or industry

OR have a  level 5 or equivalent or higher  qualification/certificate

in relevant field or industry

Priority will be given to local NZ residence/citizens.

You will be responsible for providing overall direction and

management of the business.

Tasks Include:

·       Set sales target, develop and execute comprehensive purchasing and marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand reputation

·       Determine most effective combination of products, pricing strategies, inventory levels,  and standard operating procedures

·       Promote and market the business to existing and potential customers

·       Oversee the services and goods provided in store, ensuring the maintenance of customer service, store presentation and service and

·       goods quality

·       Provide exceptional customer service by facilitating the sale of goods and services, while also offering expert guidance and advice on product usage to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

·       Select, hire and train the staff you want and motivate them, maintaining positive staff morale

·       Manage staff roster, control wage costs and review performance, ensuring appropriate staff trainings are up to date

·       Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses

·       Assist with GST, PAYE related paperwork for accounting purpose and maintain accurate records of all financial transaction and stock levels

·       Ensure adherence to health, occupational health and safety, and all other relevant laws and regulations.
