This is a hands on role, co-ordinating activities of the team to ensure that objectives of the organisation and office are met. You will be liaising with clients, owners and other contractors to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, as well as providing training, supervision and support to the cleaning team.

 

Your area of responsibilities include;

*advising the owner on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions

*managing paperwork, records and information associated with undertaking projects and running offices and practices

*responding to inquiries concerning services and contracts

*setting, reviewing and controlling office functions

*support & supervise the the team, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards are mantained

*onboard and train the team, ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures

*coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance appraisals, payroll, training and supervision.

This is a full time role, managing a 7 day operation that will include night and weekend work.
