Key Responsibilities:

  • Read Plans : Understand blueprints and specifications to know what materials and steps are needed.
  • Order Materials: Get the right timbers and materials and plan the layout.
  • Cut and Assemble: Cut materials to size, then assemble and nail them together.
  • Build Structures : Put up frameworks, roof framing, and floors; check everything is accurate. 
  • Install Exterior Parts: Attach fascia panels, roof sheathing, wall cladding, and door/window frames. 
  • Assemble Wood Structures: Put together wood parts to form structures and fittings. 
  • Cut Joints: Make precise wood joints.

Skills & Qualifications:

A relevant qualification or relevant experience required.
