ORAONE Pharmaceuticals Limited is a newly established pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Auckland with experienced management team. We are currently looking for six reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and adjust pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging machines
  • Follow batch specifications and ensure machines are running correctly
  • Load raw materials and monitor output for quality and consistency
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on machines
  • Complete production logs and report any issues or malfunctions
  • Work closely with team members, supervisors, and quality control staff
  • Attend regular training sessions on safety and operations

 

Skills and Requirements

  • NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or above, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or cosmetics manufacturing) is highly preferred
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ability to follow strict procedures
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete documentation accurately
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills for reading batch instructions and recording data
  • Proven reliability and a strong attendance record
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and quality staff
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (early morning/afternoon/weekends) if required
  • Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing, and a medical fitness assessment
