Steelpac Engineering Limited is looking for 3 experienced Fabricator Welders to join our team in Auckland. 

Successful applicants wil need to perform below tasks:

• studying drawings and specifications to determine suitable material, method and sequence of operations, and machine settings
• fitting fabricated metal parts into products and assembling metal parts and subassemblies to produce machines and equipment
• checking fabricated and assembled metal parts for accuracy, clearance and fit using precision measuring instruments
• cutting, threading, bending and installing pipes / rods
• may erect steel on site

 

What we offer you:
The guaranteed working hours is a minimum of 30 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $28-$32, subject to your skills and experience.


Applicants for this position should have:
- At least two years relevant working experience

-Health and safety conscious
-Be able to work unsupervised and in a team both in the workshop and on the site
-Work to a very high standard
-Be self-motivated, punctual and ready ot work
-Be able to work for nightshift and/or on the weekend
