Overview

SHREE RADHEY LIMITED is looking for two a skilled and passionate Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cutting, colouring, styling, and treating hair for a diverse clientele. You must be able to deliver exceptional customer service and stay updated with current trends and techniques.

Position: Saloon Assistant

Hourly rate: $33 - $35 per hour

Guaranteed hours: 30 per week.

Maximum hours: 55 per week.

Location: Auckland

Responsibilities

·         Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences.

·         Cut, trim, and style hair using scissors, clippers, razors, and blow dryers.

·         Colour, bleach, and highlight hair using professional products and techniques.

·         Provide hair treatments including deep conditioning, keratin, and scalp therapies.

·         Recommend hair care products and educate clients on hair maintenance.

·         Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and salon tools.

·         Stay up to date with current hair trends, styles, and techniques.

·         Schedule and manage client appointments using salon booking systems.

·         Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

·         Adhere to health and safety regulations in the salon environment.

Requirements

·         Level 4 qualification in Hairdressing OR 2 years of relevant experience.

·         Knowledge of a wide range of hairdressing techniques and styles.

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Attention to detail and a keen eye for style.
