Kiwi Essence RV is a specialist custom motorhome and recreational vehicle manufacturer based in Auckland. We design and build high-quality RVs for the New Zealand market. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Vehicle Body Builder to join our skilled production team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble motorhome and recreational vehicle body structures
  • Fit body frames, panels, floors, walls, and roofs to vehicle chassis
  • Modify and customise vehicle bodies to design specifications
  • Install windows, doors, vents, and exterior fittings
  • Ensure correct alignment, sealing, and waterproofing of vehicle bodies
  • Carry out repairs, adjustments, and finishing work as required
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with motorhome or recreational vehicle construction
  • Ability to read drawings and work accurately to specifications
  • Experience working with metal, aluminium, composite panels, and timber
  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality

Full time permanent position: 30-45 hours per week
