We’re recruiting for a civil construction contractor working on upcoming projects in Whitianga, and we’re looking to bring on two experienced operators. If you’re confident on the machines, safety-minded, and keen to join a solid crew, this is a great opportunity — especially if you’re open to traveling, with accomodation provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  •  


Operating a GPS-equipped digger for bulk earthworks and precision tasks (GPS Operator role)

  •  


Operating diggers, bulldozers, and assisting across different machinery as required (All-Rounder role)

  •  


Supporting the team with general site tasks and ensuring safe, tidy work practices

What We’re Looking For:

  •  


Proven experience operating diggers, bulldozers, or similar civil machinery

  •  


GPS experience essential for the GPS Operator role

  •  


Ability to jump between different machines

  •  


Class 1 licence & WTR endorsements preferred

  •  


Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
