Position Title: Delivery Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
Pay Rate: $30 – $36 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience Or Level 4 Qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily courier delivery operations and ensure timely service.
  • Plan and implement delivery schedules for drivers.
  • Manage staff rosters, training, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and transport regulations.
  • Monitor fleet performance and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Maintain operational records and prepare reports for management.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fuel management.
  • Implement GPS and tracking systems for delivery monitoring.
  • Develop cost-control strategies and monitor budgets.

Pay Rate: $25 – $30 per hour 
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

Key Requirements

  • Valid NZ Class 1 or Overseas equavalent driver’s license
  • No Experience or No Qualification Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and deliver parcels and documents to designated locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries according to schedules.
  • Handle packages with care and maintain delivery integrity.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness.
  • Follow health and safety and road transport regulations.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and obtain customer signatures.
  • Communicate effectively with the manager and dispatch team.
  • Report vehicle issues and assist with basic maintenance checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
  • Support additional courier tasks as required by management.
