Position Title: Store Manager

Location: Auckland
Pay Rate: $29 – $35 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience or Level 4 Qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage staff rosters, training, and performance.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with Lotto and retail regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate sales and financial records.
- Implement merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Ensure store cleanliness and health & safety compliance.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
- Report operational updates and issues to business owners.
