Position Title: Store Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Auckland
Pay Rate: $29 – $35 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience or Level 4 Qualification.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage staff rosters, training, and performance.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with Lotto and retail regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Maintain accurate sales and financial records.
  • Implement merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and health & safety compliance.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Report operational updates and issues to business owners.
