Location: Auckland Wiri

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Shopper Marketing Production & Procurement Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis (min 30 hours per week).

This role is ideal for someone with experience in print production and graphic design, as well as a passion for bringing in-store marketing campaigns to life. You will work closely with our suppliers, clients and internal teams to develop, source, and deliver best-in-class shopper marketing activations.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders and suppliers to bring to life creative concepts for in-store marketing campaigns.

·       Hunt out innovation and innovative suppliers to source best in class displays, promotional items, and other print-based marketing materials.

·       Prepare costings, timelines, and production plans for client proposals. 

·       Liaise with account managers and business development managers to align creative outputs with client needs, advising them on matters requiring attention and reporting on outcomes

·       Oversee quality assurance and ensure all deliverables meet production standards and deadlines.

·       Manage relationships with external agencies, printers, and fabricators and paperwork associated.

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Minimum experience of 3 years in print production, project management, or merchandise / gift with purchase sourcing, as well as graphic design, creative development processes and marketing materials along with being comfortable to spot and implement process improvement opportunities.

·       Technical proficiency in using Mobilisar

·       Strong supplier negotiation and coordination skills. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines. 

Remuneration: $75,000/p.a to $85,000/p.a (depending on experience)
