We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior UPS Service Engineer (Electrician) to join our specialist power and energy team. We are looking for people with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Registered Electrician (EWRB) with current practising licence
  • Proven experience installing, servicing, and maintaining UPS systems (single and three-phase)
  • Experience working with critical power environments (e.g. data centres, hospitals, industrial or commercial facilities)
  • Strong fault-finding, commissioning, and diagnostic capability
  • Ability to work independently and manage service work effectively
  • Full, clean New Zealand driver licence

  • Confidence working unsupervised in live environments
  • High level of technical competence and attention to detail

What we offer:

  • Typical 40-hour work week, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours payable in the unlikely event fewer hours are available
  • Hourly pay rate between $55 and $60 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and skills
