Senior UPS Service Engineer (Electrician)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior UPS Service Engineer (Electrician) to join our specialist power and energy team. We are looking for people with the following qualifications and experience:
- Registered Electrician (EWRB) with current practising licence
- Proven experience installing, servicing, and maintaining UPS systems (single and three-phase)
- Experience working with critical power environments (e.g. data centres, hospitals, industrial or commercial facilities)
- Strong fault-finding, commissioning, and diagnostic capability
- Ability to work independently and manage service work effectively
- Full, clean New Zealand driver licence

- Confidence working unsupervised in live environments
- High level of technical competence and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and organise work to meet service targets
- Good level of health and fitness
- Accurate reporting, documentation, and data entry skills
What we offer:
- Typical 40-hour work week, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours payable in the unlikely event fewer hours are available
- Hourly pay rate between $55 and $60 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and skills
