The Operations Supervisor role is a wide ranging role, requiring someone who is willing to be on the ground carrying out the work, which includes physical labour, as well as ability to oversee, manage the team and fleet, ensuring smooth running of operations. 

Permanent, Full Time role based in Auckland 

Role includes 

  • Managing fleet 
  • Managing fence installations on site for customers 
  • Operating forklift 
  • Ensuing company vehicles/assets are in continual presentable condition 
  • Organising, managing company fleet 
  • Fleet checks and maintenance 
  • Organising and managing yard 
  • Managing and arranging supplies, materials and stock 
  • Scheduling jobs and arranging daily routes
  • Training of new staff 
  • Identifying staff training needs and mananing training 
  • Event planning and preparation 
  • Identifying areas of concern 
  • Responding to customer requirements 
  • Ensuring Health and safety compliance 
  • Any other work as required 

Role requirement: 

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience 
  • Experience driving 
  • Experience managing 
  • Strong communications skills 
  • Forklift Driver Licence
