Join our growing team! We're currently seeking 4 skilled and reliable carpenters and joiners to support a range of exciting construction projects.

Employment Type: Immediate start Full-Time, Permanent position

Location:   Different work sites  through out Auckland  region

Competitive Pay： Hour rate $28 to $35 depending on experience, minimum 35 hours per week + Overtime Opportunities

What You'll Do:

Study the specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare the project layout and determine the dimensions and the materials required

Shape or cut the wood and metal materials to the specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, or power saw or any other equipment needed

Construct building frameworks, including, fence, staircase, wall studs, floor joist, and foundation of the building as well,

Constructs and installs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, steel, and wallboard, and cuts, shapes and fits timber parts to form structures and fittings.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Have working experience in Construction building for minimum 2 years;

Have a sound knowledge of Carpentry, especially in home renovation and maintenance;

Understand various Carpentry methods, equipment and procedures; 

Have a solid understanding of health & safety regulations.

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with good communication skills and team spirit; 

Certificate in construction will be real advantage, but not essential.
