Our client is a large public sector organisation who do very important and rewarding work. 

You will be working with a fabulous human resources team located in the heart of Wellington.   

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least three years previous experience working as a Senior Employment Relations Adviser
  • Previous experience with bargaining 
  • Good MS Suite skills
  • Strong communication skills 

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
