Pay Rate:$25.00 to $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

The Fade Room Barber Shop in Dunedin is seeking full-time, permanent Barbers to join our team. We are a great team of barbers and we are looking for fantastic barbers. Intermediate as well as team leader positions available.

Your key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality haircuts, skin fades, razor work, and facial grooming services
  • Perform beard and moustache trimming, cut-throat shaving, and full head shaves (long & short hair)
  • Use scissors, clippers, and razors with precision and care
  • Provide expert advice on hair care, grooming products, and suitable hairstyles
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organised work environment
  • Manage client bookings, arrange appointments, and process payments

About You

  • Be reliable, friendly and have a professional manner.
  • Team player and well presented with good ethics.
  • a relevant barbering qualification (any level) or have a minimum of 2-year relevant work experience in relevant men’s groomingindustry.
  • Must be flexible to work long shifts and be available on weekends, on-call if needed and some public holidays as per the mall timing.

Our store is located in the mall so its opens between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The payrate for this role is between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on experience. A minimum of 30 - 35 hours of work per week will be provided.
