D&D Professional Painters Limited Introduction:

Auckland City Painting Limited, established in 2019, is an Auckland-based painting company specializing in delivering high-quality painting solutions to our clients. Due to growing business demand, we are seeking to hire experienced painter to join our team.

Key Task & Responsibilities:

Scaffolding and Surface Preparation

• Erect scaffolding and ladders to ensure safe access to work areas.
• Protect adjacent areas from paint splattering by using drop sheets.
• Prepare surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper.
• Repair woodwork, filling holes and cracks to ensure a smooth surface.
• Seal surfaces to provide a uniform base for the new finish.

Painting and Finishing

• Select and prepare paints, varnishes, or stains to achieve the desired colors and finishes.
• Apply coatings using appropriate tools, such as brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Hang wallpaper, carefully matching patterns and trimming edges precisely.

Maintenance and Cleanup

• Clean equipment and work areas thoroughly after completion.
• If necessary, repair windows or replace glass in wooden or metal frames.

The minimum qualification and work experience requirements:

·       At least two years of relevant work experience OR

·       At least relevant NZQF Level 4 qualification

• Being able to work in the early morning and during weekends
