We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to support transport and infrastructure works across Auckland. This role involves operating excavators for trenching, earthworks and civil construction, while supporting site crews with associated tasks to ensure safe and timely project delivery.

About the Role

You will operate excavators ranging from 1.5T to 30T to support trenching, bulk earthworks, backfilling and civil construction activities. When required, you will assist site crews with kerb laying, concreting and general labour tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate excavators safely and efficiently

  • Complete earthworks, trenching and backfilling

  • Conduct equipment checks and maintenance

  • Support site crew with additional tasks

  • Follow all safety and site procedures

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years excavator experience

  • Full Class 2 licence with WTR endorsements (or ability to obtain)

  • Strong safety awareness

  • Physically fit
