Master Automotive Repair Limited is a motor repair company based in Onehunga, Auckland. Due to business growth, we are  now looking for qualified and experienced automotive technicians to join our friendly team. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at reasonable market rate.

Position Description

We are seeking two qualified and experienced Automotive Technician with specialized skills in mechanical repairs, vehicle electronics, and car audio systems. 

Key Responsibilities

  •          Diagnose and perform repairs on petrol and hybrid vehicles
  •         Install, retrofit, and configure OEM and aftermarket multimedia systems, including head units and amplifiers
  •          Troubleshoot wiring, sensors, and electronic systems using diagnostic software and tools
  •          Perform regular servicing and maintenance in line with vehicle schedules
  •         Assist in fitting GPS trackers, reversing cameras, and audio upgrades

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive mechanical/electrical repair 
  • Strong knowledge of automotive audio and electronic circuits
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and use diagnostic tools such as ISTA, INPA, or multimeters
  • Experience working with both Japanese and European vehicles is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and diagnostic ability

Required Qualifications (Preferred)

·     Certificate in Automotive repair field
